How is it that I have been getting uninterrupted sleep so far even though I wanted to stay awake longer at night? So I would go to sleep immediately at night because I slept comfortably and did not think about anything.

The first reason is that since I was a child, what I was told in school was to study well, play outside with friends in the evenings, go to tuition, and do night study. The days go by so come home at 9 o'clock and have supper and go to bed. Those were the happy days of my childhood.

The second reason was that at school age I didn’t have much interest to talk to and love with most girls so I slept through the night. I do not care about girls at all at that time. My job is to keep myself from going my way. I don't care if girls try to talk to me and Avoid does too.

So those days were so good that they had no feelings so sleep was good. But in the case of children nowadays every day there are conflicts and a lot of problems. Also, what they do day in and day out is weird. They even forget where we put any object at all. So are the children of today.

Nowadays there are so many reasons for not getting enough sleep at night that I can only say what I know. The first reason I think is that if love failure can cause a lot of people to fall asleep. But this is not the reason for me to sleep properly. Even if you do not fall asleep due to love failure, it is better if you focus your attention on daily yoga and exercise as well as on your career, everything will adjust slowly. So accept my little advice if you like it or leave.

The second reason is that some people do not sleep because they do not reach the right position in life or do not find the right job opportunities. So I belong to this group so I realized that I could not sleep properly because I was thinking about life at night. Thinking well at night does not help you sleep properly. Sleep does not come when we think about anything in our minds.

The third reason is that most people do not sleep well at night because they sleep well in the afternoon. So try not to eat too much in the afternoon. Even if you eat well, sleep for an hour, or two hours after eating. And another important thing is not to drink too much water immediately after eating because our digestive system does not produce the acids it needs so the food you eat will not melt quickly. So all the food you eat makes it difficult for you to digest in the stomach. So if we sleep for an hour in the afternoon, we can stay awake longer at night. So if you ever need to stay up late at night, put an hour to sleep in the afternoon.
The fourth reason is that some people have a drinking habit so even at night they do not sleep properly. This is how drinking can eventually turn into an addiction and deprive you of sleep. At first time, you may feel sleepy as well as stressed out due to alcohol intoxication. But that drinking eventually turns into an addiction and if you drink another day you will sleep better. If you stop drinking one day and you do not get enough sleep that day, your body will become addicted to alcohol. So stop drinking alcohol as soon as possible.
The fifth reason is that some people remember girls when they were trying to get some sleep at night. Because such people want to talk to those girls, make friends, or love or have fun with something else. So there is nothing wrong with coming up with those ideas and it is not even wrong to think so because it seems very natural for every single man and woman in their teens to talk to boys like this. So if you want to escape from such thoughts and go to sleep happily, my advice to you is to read any storybooks or articles you like if you do not sleep at night.
